Fake Chat Detective Terms of Service

Welcome to Fake Chat Detective, a mystery puzzle game developed by Aman Jain ("Developer", "I", "me", or "my").

By downloading, installing, or playing Fake Chat Detective, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Eligibility

Fake Chat Detective is intended for players aged 13 years of age or older.

2. Anonymous Gameplay

Fake Chat Detective operates via anonymous authentication. No account registration is required.

You are responsible for maintaining your chosen Detective Name (display alias) in accordance with appropriate community standards.

3. Fictional Scenario Disclaimer

ALL GAME CONTENT IS 100% FICTIONAL.

All chat transcripts, suspect names, phone numbers, avatars, documents, and evidence files in Fake Chat Detective are simulated works of fiction created solely for mystery puzzle gameplay.

Any resemblance to real persons, businesses, or actual events is purely coincidental.

4. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application binary.

Inject false scores or modify Cloud Firestore databases to manipulate leaderboard rankings.

Use automated bots, scripts, or memory editors to automate gameplay.

Use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate Detective Names on the leaderboard.

Violation of these rules will result in the removal of invalid scores and blocking of the anonymous session from leaderboards.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Fake Chat Detective—including source code, mystery case scripts, graphics, user interface designs, audio, and branding—is owned by Aman Jain / Aman Jain Studio.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Fake Chat Detective is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising out of your use of the app.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
