Chatly Community Guidelines

Welcome to Chatly, an anonymous chat application developed by Aman Jain. These Community Guidelines are designed to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone. By using Chatly, you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. Be Respectful
Treat every user with kindness and respect.
Be polite and considerate.
Respect differences in opinions, cultures, and backgrounds.
Healthy discussions are welcome, but personal attacks are not.
2. No Harassment or Bullying
The following behavior is strictly prohibited:
Harassment
Bullying
Threats or intimidation
Hate speech
Discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic
Encouraging self-harm or violence
3. Keep Conversations Safe
Do not share or request:
Passwords
Banking or payment information
Government-issued identification
Personal addresses
Phone numbers
Sensitive personal information without consent
Be cautious when interacting with strangers.
4. No Illegal or Harmful Content
You must not post, upload, share, or promote:
Illegal activities
Terrorist or extremist content
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Human exploitation or trafficking
Violence or graphic content intended to shock
Instructions for criminal activities
Malware, phishing, hacking tools, or malicious software
Fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes
Any such content may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
5. No Adult or Sexually Explicit Content
Chatly does not allow:
Pornographic content
Nudity intended for sexual gratification
Sexual exploitation
Solicitation of sexual services
Explicit sexual conversations involving minors
Sharing or requesting intimate images without consent
6. No Spam or Fake Activity
Do not:
Send repetitive messages
Advertise without permission
Create fake accounts
Manipulate matchmaking
Use bots or automated messaging
Share misleading or deceptive information
7. Respect Privacy
Respect the privacy of others.
Do not:
Share someone else's personal information without permission.
Record or distribute private conversations without consent.
Impersonate another person or organization.
8. Voice and Video Calls
When using voice or video calls:
Treat others respectfully.
Do not expose inappropriate or explicit content.
Do not threaten, harass, or intimidate participants.
Respect the privacy of everyone involved.
Voice and video calls are intended for genuine communication.
9. Report Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:
Use the in-app reporting tools (if available).
Block users when appropriate.
Contact the Developer if necessary.
Reports help keep Chatly safe for everyone.
10. Enforcement
Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in one or more of the following actions:
Warning
Removal of offending content
Temporary account suspension
Permanent account termination
Restriction of app features
Reporting to law enforcement when legally required
The severity of the action depends on the nature and frequency of the violation.
11. Help Build a Positive Community
Help make Chatly a welcoming place by:
Being friendly and respectful.
Reporting abusive behavior.
Protecting your own privacy.
Respecting the privacy of others.
